Processing time for our football jerseys/uniforms takes approximately 7–10 business days on average after mockups/test print have been approved. Each order is fully customized and made to order, which can vary for every customer. If multiple changes are requested, it can delay your order further as new approval pictures must be sent out each time.

Please note: the processing time is separate from the shipping time.

We currently ship orders within Canada and the USA. Standard delivery times typically range from 7–14 business days, depending on your location and order size. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. For bulk or team orders, delivery timelines may vary, and we’ll confirm estimated shipping details when you place your order.

Canada/UK customers: are responsible for customs fees. No additional tariffs for U.S. customers.

This style is only available in sublimation, which means it's fully custom-made. If you mix sublimated with non-sublimated styles, they will be processed separately.

Minor color/design variations may occur. Shorts and jerseys can be different sizes/colors. Processing takes 7–10 business days, or up to 12 depending on complexity. Rush processing can reduce this. Approval is required before bulk production. Approval changes add 2 business days. Minimum 5 uniforms/jerseys required.

Approval mockups add 2 business days. For logo customization, approval is required. Logos must be in vector AI/EPS format to avoid a $25 art fee (we can vectorize for you if needed).

Cold wash and air dry/low heat tumble dry.

1. How long will it take to get my order?
   It depends on your order and customization. 3–4 weeks is recommended to ensure delivery before game day.
2. When will I get my tracking number?
   Tracking is provided once packages are scanned by couriers (UPS/FedEx/DHL), typically 1–3 days after shipment.
3. How is the quality of your uniforms?
   Comparable to top brands — just without the high price tag.
4. Where do the uniforms ship from?
   We ship out from China.
5. What is the cost to add numbers, names, or logos?
   Pricing is shown on each product page. Customize as needed directly before checkout.

All uniforms are backed by our Guarantee Policy. Custom orders can receive approval images before bulk production. If you're not satisfied, changes can be made — or you may cancel for a refund as outlined in our return policy.
