Yes! Every jersey can be personalized with unique player names and numbers. Simply upload your roster (for custom designs) during the order process or use our template form to list player details. We’ll match each one to the correct size and design.

2. How does the free mockup process work?

Once you share your design ideas, logo, and preferences (e.g. colors, sport, style), our design team will prepare a free digital mockup. You’ll receive it by email for review. You can request changes and only once you approve the final version do we begin production.

3. What are your turnaround times?

Design mockups: 1–2 business days.
Production: 7–10 business days after design approval.
Shipping: Depends on your location (usually 4–7 business days within the U.S.).

Production will only begin once you have reviewed and confirmed the final design mockup we send you. Your approval is essential to avoid any misunderstandings in the final product.

4. Do you offer discounts for bulk or team orders?

Absolutely. We specialize in team and bulk orders. The more you order, the better the pricing. Reach out via chat or our bulk inquiry form for a custom quote based on quantity, sport, and customization level.

5. What materials do you use?

Our jerseys are made from premium, moisture-wicking polyester blends designed for durability and breathability. We offer options for different sports — including lightweight mesh for soccer and reinforced seams for basketball and football.

6. Can I reorder the same design later?

Yes. We save all approved designs and customer files, so you can easily place repeat orders — whether it's 1 jersey or 50 — without having to re-upload anything.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout or sent as part of your quote.

8. What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If there’s a defect, sizing issue, or printing error on our end, we’ll replace or remake the affected items. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery, with photos and your order number.

9. Is there a size chart I can follow?

Yes. Every product page includes a detailed size chart. We strongly recommend reviewing it before placing an order — especially for youth and women’s fits. If you’re unsure, feel free to ask for help.

11. Can I return or exchange my order if it’s customized?

Because each jersey is made to order with custom names, numbers, and designs, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on customized products unless there is a defect or production error.

We encourage all customers to review their mockup and size chart carefully before approving their order. If there’s an issue with your order due to our mistake, we’ll gladly remake or replace the affected item.

12. What kind of logo files should I upload?

For best results, please upload a high-resolution version of your logo — ideally in PNG, SVG, AI, or EPS format. Clear files ensure precise printing and avoid delays.
